Set sail for the smart marina!
January 2019 to June 2023 - 4.5 years
I co-founded the Falco company after my thesis, together with Elsa Nicole, Olivier Laporte and Thomas Watteyne. Together, we built a solution to help marina managers develop their customer services in a secure and reliable way. I recruited and managed a team of up to 6 people, and we built a set of software and hardware tools that are still in use today in multiple marinas internationally.
